Probate Service

As well as full or part house clearance we also offer a specialised probate service at no additional charge.  If required we  will carefully and respectfully sort through paperwork to locate specified legal and personal documentation along with photographs and other items of personal value. These will be put aside and handed on to you.  Any unwanted confidential paperwork is shredded and hard drives  destructed in order to help safeguard against identity theft. We are also able to offer a service of forwarding  personal effects via courier.

Written quotations and invoices are supplied for you to hand on to your solicitor.

Rubbish Removal

We have a caged vehicle to remove rubbish from home and garden, cheaper and quicker than a skip.

 

Part Clearance

We can help to declutter houses that are currently occupied, or remove clutter and some items of furniture in houses and garages that are to be sold, customers have found that this can help to maximise the sale potential.  We are also often asked to remove surplus items of furniture in the event of downsizing from a larger house.  In all cases a full discussion takes place and a written agreed list of items is presented prior to the work taking place.

We are able to offer a full garden tidy up service for houses that are presented for sale, please contact us for a quotation.
